Why did you expand the ShowingTime brand in this way?

ShowingTime was founded on a simple premise: scheduling a home tour should be as easy as clicking a button. ShowingTime+ extends this mission to the entire transaction, with the goal of making today’s difficult, offline, and fragmented process easier, digital, and more integrated – all on behalf of the agent.

What does the ‘plus’ mean?

‘Plus’ means ‘more.’ The ShowingTime+ suite offers more together than our individual products and services can alone.
ShowingTime+ has an opportunity to become a world-class integrated solution provider. We will continue to innovate while also providing deep integrations to create efficiencies and promote success for our customers.

Isn’t ShowingTime about home showings? Why include dotloop and other products?

This expansion of the ShowingTime brand is a natural next step for a company that, since its founding, has innovated well beyond home showing scheduling. As a unified brand, our real estate software tools can achieve more on behalf of our customers.

Does this mean that dotloop and ShowingTime will be integrated?

Our goal is to make today’s difficult, offline, and fragmented process easier, digital, and more integrated  – all on behalf of the agent. This evolution reflects the opportunity ahead while maintaining the core products and functionality agents know and love.

ShowingTime+ is an evolution of Zillow Group’s real estate software offerings that reflects the opportunity ahead while maintaining the high level of support and service ShowingTime, dotloop and Bridge Interactive have provided independently for decades.

Is this a ShowingTime rebrand?

ShowingTime+ is a new, unified brand to integrate and simplify the company’s best-in-class technology offerings for agents, brokers and MLSs. The expanded software suite includes all existing products and services from ShowingTime, dotloop, Bridge Interactive, and 3D Home tours and interactive floor plans.

How is ShowingTime’s privacy policy affected by this change?

The ShowingTime privacy policy remains in place.

Will my Customer Success Manager change?

No. You will continue to work directly with your ShowingTime Customer Success Manager for any ShowingTime-related needs or questions.

Will my billing process change?

You will continue to receive your invoices from ShowingTime as you have in the past.

Will Zillow Group now have access to my ShowingTime data?

Data privacy is a top priority for ShowingTime+. We do not share personal information or content submitted to our products other than as permitted by the applicable terms of use and privacy policy. For engagement with other Zillow Group services, we leverage opt in or opt out functionality to support customer control over how data is shared.

Will there be any changes to my service?
