Why can’t I see my Showcase listing performance insights?
We are still in the early days of providing Showcase listing performance insights and are continuing to test and improve the feature. In some instances, data for a Showcase listing doesn't come through as expected and performance insights can't be displayed. If you have questions about a particular Showcase listing, please contact our support team directly at 888-367-4009 or support@showingtimeplus.com.
How do you define similar listings when compared to Showcase listings?
Showcase listing performance is evaluated against other non-Showcase listings (For Sale By Agent listings) on Zillow. This includes nearby homes with similar property type, price ranges and other search criteria.
When can I expect to see aggregated Showcase performance at the agent, workspace and enterprise levels?
We know this is a highly requested feature and our goal is to launch this functionality soon.
Can I share the Showcase performance metrics with my sellers?
Yes! We encourage you to download and share this data with your sellers. To do this, click “Share report” in the top right corner of the Overall performance section.
Why is my Showcase listing underperforming?
Showcase listings receive amplified exposure on Zillow to get your listing in front of more shoppers, but listing performance and outcomes are influenced by a number of factors, including local market dynamics, seasonality, and listing price. Showcase performance data is designed to keep you and your seller informed and can be a good starting point with sellers should conversations about listing strategy be necessary.
