We acknowledge and value the significance of the relationship between agents and their photographers. At Showingtime+, our commitment is to streamline the process for agents to collaborate with the photographer of their choice. Through our program, agents have the freedom to select their preferred photographer to capture media for their Zillow Showcase.

To capture media for Zillow Showcase, please follow these specific steps and familiarize yourself with the requirements to upload media for Zillow Showcase using the links below. We strongly recommend that you complete the verification form prior to your Zillow Showcase photo shoot.

1/4 Required Gear

To ensure successful media capture for a Showcase listing, it is recommended that photographers have the necessary equipment for capturing a Zillow 3D Home tour and an interactive floor plan, in addition to their preferred still photography equipment. We suggest that you gain some experience in capturing a Zillow 3D Home tour and interactive floor plan before completing the verification form.

3/4 Zillow 3D Capture Guidance

This section provides the necessary resources used for capturing a Zillow 3D Home tour and interactive floor plan and for uploading the required media for a Showcase Listing.

    1. Demo a Zillow interactive floor plan 

    2. Select the Zillow interactive floor option in the Zillow 3D Home app 

    3. Ensure all spaces are captured to generate the interactive floor plan

    4. Identify and avoid common mistakes

    1. Select Login to enter your credentials and log in to your Zillow 3D Home account. 

    2. There, you'll be able to view and access all of your tours captured in the Zillow 3D Home app. 

       

    1. When a Zillow Showcase agent designates you as the media provider for a Showcase listing , you will receive an email confirmation that includes the following:

      1. Media Capture expectations (still photography and Zillow 3D Home tour and interactive floor plan)

      2. Media upload link 

        1. Clicking the link will bring you to an upload page. You can access this page at any time.

        2. On your first submission, you must upload a minimum of 10 total photos that represent a minimum of 3 interior rooms (at least one photo of three distinct rooms) and upload a Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plan link which begins with www.zillow.com/view-imx (3D-only link will not work). You can upload additional media later using the same page.

        3. Each time you upload, you will be required to review and confirm acceptance of our media terms and conditions.

        4. Click submit to upload your media.

Thank you for completing the steps to understand the expectations for photographers capturing media for a Showcase listing. Please check each of these boxes to indicate that you understand the requirements, have completed each step and currently possess the required gear for capturing Zillow 3D Home tour and interactive floor plans. Once you have checked each box, please enter your email address and submit.  

The process of capturing media for a Showcase listing is simple. Once you receive an email requesting media capture for a Showcase listing, simply use the unique media upload link provided in the email to upload the still photos, Zillow 3D Home tour, and the interactive floor plan link.

  • Agents have the option to work with their photographer of choice – that's you – to capture the listing media for their Showcase listing. We're here to facilitate that process and connect you with the resources you need to capture and upload all the high-quality, interactive media needed to create the elevated Showcase listing experience.


    We’ve heard from agents that their established photographer relationships are important. We respect these relationships and through this program can offer agents who want to leverage Zillow Showcase in their business more choice, while supporting independent photography businesses.    

  • Participating photographers are required to capture still photography and a Zillow 3D tour and interactive floor plan.

  • Zillow 3D Home tour and interactive floor plans are available to you at no cost to include in the suite of services you offer to agents as you see fit. Zillow’s interactive floor plan is a cost-effective way to enhance your value to help your clients get specialized exposure for their listings. Interactive floor plans bring your client’s listing to life into a seamless, interactive experience, buyers and renters can get a sense of your home without stepping foot inside.   • This varies based upon the size of the home. On average, it should take approximately 45 minutes to simultaneously capture a Zillow 3D Home tour and interactive floor plan.

  • As the photographer, you own the rights to the still photography, panos and the copyright to the virtual tour. ShowingTime+ receives a license to use the media to create the elevated Showcase listing experience.
