Showcase agents win 15% more listings than similar non-Showcase agents.

Substantiation: This claim is based on Zillow data analyzed during the year prior to an agent subscribing to Zillow Showcase and the sixty day period after an agent subscribes to Zillow Showcase (“Showcase Period”).  These Showcase Agents were compared to all Zillow agent profiles not subscribed to Zillow Showcase (“Non-Showcase Agents”) and matched based on the following attributes: (i) same team role; (ii) operate within the same market area; (iii) have similar average listing prices; (iv) similar listing count prior to Showcase Agents subscribing to Zillow Showcase; and (vi) similar listing trends prior to Showcase Agents subscribing to Zillow Showcase.  During the Showcase Period, Showcase Agent listings were then compared to Non-Showcase agent listings at the time the listings went live in the MLS. *The data is from November 20, 2024 and includes analysis on all Showcase agent subscribers that have been subscribers for 60 days. The data excludes Showcase and Non-Showcase agents with significant change in market share.

Active Showcase listings drove 81% more page views, 80% more saves, 90% more shares, compared to similar nearby non-Showcase listings on Zillow.

Substantiation: Showcase listings on Zillow include an interactive floor plan, a virtual tour, and specialized exposure on Zillow (the “Showcase Treatment”). This claim is based on Zillow data analyzed in Showcase markets with at least one For Sale By Agent listing during the initial fourteen day period a listing in these markets with the Showcase Treatment was active on Zillow, up to pending (the “Showcase Listings”) and is limited to listings using the Showcase Treatment on the date the listing went live in the applicable MLS, up to pending.  The Showcase Listings were compared to For Sale By Agent listings on Zillow: (i) without the Showcase Treatment; (ii) of the same home type; (iii) located in the same city and within two miles of the Showcase Listings; (iv) on the market during the same time period as the Showcase Listings or the immediately prior month; (v) containing a similar list price as the Showcase Listings; (vi) having similar square footage as the Showcase Listings; and (vii) having a similar bedroom count.  *The data is from November 20, 2024 and is an average from the immediately preceding six month period.   The data excludes the top 5% and bottom 5% lift of total page views, saves, and shares from each month and the immediately preceding six month average.  

Showcase listings are 10% more likely to go pending in the first 14 days, compared to similar nearby non-Showcase listings on Zillow.

Showcase listings sell for 2% more than similar non-Showcase listings on Zillow, that's $9K more on a home sold at the average home sales price in the United States.

Substantiation: Showcase listings on Zillow include an interactive floor plan, a virtual tour, and specialized exposure on Zillow (the “Showcase Treatment”).  The average home sales price in the United States is from the U.S. Census Bureau and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Average Sales Price of Houses Sold for the United States (“ASPUS Data”) dated June 27, 2024.  This claim is based on Zillow data analyzed in Showcase markets with at least one For Sale By Agent listing and is limited to listings using the Showcase Treatment on the date the listing went live in the applicable MLS and selling on or before August 20, 2024 (“Showcase Listings”). The Showcase Listings were compared to For Sale By Agent listings on Zillow: (i) without the Showcase Treatment; (ii) of the same home type; (iii) located in the same MSA as the Showcase Listings; (iv) listed in the same month as the Showcase Listings or the immediately prior month; and (v) containing a similar list price to the Showcase Listings.  *The data is for listings sold on or before August 20, 2024 and is an average from the immediately preceding six month period. The data excludes the top 5% and bottom 5% from the delta between list price and sold price from each month and the immediately preceding six month average. As of the date of publication, listings on Zillow with the Showcase Treatment represent less than 1% of listings on Zillow. 

Showcase agents get over 25% more views on their agent profile on Zillow compared to similar non-Showcase agents.

Substantiation: This claim is based on Zillow data analyzed about agents with a Zillow Showcase subscription during the Showcase periods, as defined below (“Showcase Agents”), compared to non-Showcase agents with Zillow agent profiles with similar profile views to Showcase Agents prior to those agents becoming Showcase Agents (“Non-Showcase Agents”).  Showcase Agents and Non-Showcase Agents are also matched based on whether they are performing the same team role and are operating within the same market area. ‌The “Before Showcase” period is the 60 day period prior to an agent becoming a Showcase Agent. ‌The “After Showcase” period is the 60 day period after agents become Showcase Agents. The Zillow agent profile page views for Showcase Agents were compared against Non-Showcase Agents during the Before Showcase and After Showcase periods. *The data is from the period of June 2023 - November 2024. The data excludes matched Showcase and Non-Showcase Agents with significant differences in profile visits or listing counts during the Before Showcase period.

Agents using Showcase on the majority [more than half] of their listings on Zillow are winning 30% more listings than similar Non-Showcase Agents.  That's almost 3x the amount of listings than agents using Showcase on less than half of their listings.

Substantiation: This claim is based on Zillow data analyzed about agents with a Zillow Showcase subscription at least than fifty percent of all their listings on Zillow during the “Showcase Period”, as defined below. These agents were compared to all Zillow agent profiles for not subscribed to Zillow Showcase (“Non-Showcase Agents”) and matched during the "Matching Period", as defined below, based on the following attribute: (i) same team role; (ii) operate within the same market area; (iii) have similar average listing prices; (iv) similar listing count prior to Showcase Agents subscribing to Zillow Showcase; and (vi) similar listing trends prior to Showcase Agents subscribing to Zillow Showcase. These agents were also compared to "Less Frequent Showcase Agents", meaning agents with a Zillow Showcase subscription with less than fifty percent of all their listings on Zillow during the “Showcase Period”. The Matching Period consists of the year prior to an agent subscribing to Zillow Showcase. The Showcase Period consists of the sixty day period after an agent subscribes to Zillow Showcase. During the Showcase Period, agents with more than fifty percent of their listings on Zillow were then compared to both (i) Non-Showcase agent listings during the Matching Period, and (ii) Less Frequent Showcase Agents, at the time the listings went live in the MLS. *The data is from November 20th, 2024, and includes analysis on all Showcase agent subscribers that have been subscribers for sixty days. The data excludes all Showcase agents and Non-Showcase agents with significant change in market share. 

Agents with 3 Showcase listings live on Zillow in the first 90 days of their subscription, on average, are getting: more direct inquiries, more profile visits, and more Showcase page views- totalling over 10,000 more brand impressions - than similar non-Showcase Agents on Zillow.

Substantiation: This claim is based on Zillow data analyzed about agents who have had (i) a Zillow Showcase subscription for at least 90 days, and (ii) three live Showcase listings on Zillow during that 90 day period (“Showcase Agents”). Showcase listings on Zillow include an interactive floor plan, a virtual tour, and specialized exposure on Zillow. This data excludes flipped listings, Showcase listings that have been on the market for less than seven days, and Showcase and Non-Showcase agents with significant change in market share. Showcase Agents were compared to all Zillow agent profiles not subscribed to Zillow Showcase (“Non-Showcase Agents”) and matched based on the following attributes: (i) same team role; (ii) operate within the same market area; (iii) have similar average listing prices; (iv) similar listing count prior to Showcase Agents subscribing to Zillow Showcase; and (vi) similar listing trends prior to Showcase Agents subscribing to Zillow Showcase. “Direct inquiries” refers to when a customer selects “Contact Listing Agent” on an agent's listing.“Profile visits” refer to the number of times a customer lands an agent's profile. “Showcase page views” refer to the total HDP page views from a  Showcase listing within the first 90 days of its publication on Zillow, then averages per agent. “Brand impressions” means all direct inquiries, profile visits, and Showcase listing page views and emails. *The data is from June 2023 - September 2024.
