To be eligible, a property must: (i) currently be included on an active Service Order for a paid multifamily ad solution; and (ii) have at least one integration of a Matterport 3D virtual tour displayed on a real estate listing on Zillow. Properties enrolled in Feed Connect are not eligible. Each eligible property will receive a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) free tours per property with each tour covering a different area – an “area” is either one apartment unit or one community space. Photoshoots for all tours must be scheduled for the same day. Free offer does not include additional areas or optional add-on services such as still or aerial photography, which are available for an additional fee. Offer is only available where ShowingTime+ on-site photography is available. Free offer available to eligible properties only. Services rendered in connection with ineligible properties will be billed at the regular rate. Photoshoots of eligible properties must be scheduled before 12/31/2024. Property is not eligible if it has been suspended for non-payment.
