Edit the Featured Rooms

After your media has been successfully delivered, you can start configuring your Showcase experience. Our Artificial Intelligence will automatically group your media by rooms; however, you have the option to edit your featured rooms if desired. This page allows you to preview the grouped rooms chosen by Al, ensuring they meet your standards before going live on Zillow.

  1. Choose the listing you’d like to edit. From your list of Listings page, click the Listing you are working on and wish to edit.

  2. Click the Showcase & media tab. You’ll be taken to the Overview tab of the Listing by default.  Click the Showcase & media tab at the top of the page.

  3. Choose the editor tab on the left side of the page. 

    To edit room order, add rooms, remove rooms, or rename rooms

    1. Edit all rooms. Scroll down to “Featured rooms” section, then click Edit rooms to the right.  This will allow you to edit the order in which rooms will appear on the listing, remove rooms, and add new featured rooms. 
    2. Reorder the featured rooms. Drag and drop rooms in the order you wish them to appear on the listing.

  4. Remove featured rooms. Use the toggle to toggle off rooms you do not want to appear on the listing. 

  5. Rename featured rooms. Click on the name of the room you wish to edit and re-write the new name.  

  6. Add featured rooms. In the “Rooms not featured” section of this window, you can toggle on the switch to add a room and type the name in the text box next to it.
  7. Click save in the bottom right corner to save the changes. 

    Edit photos associated with a room

    1. In the featured rooms section of the editor, click “Edit photos” below the room you wish to edit.

    2. Choose the “Featured photos” tab at the top of the menu. 
    3. Reorder photos. Drag and drop the photos in the order you want them to appear on the listing. 
    4. Add or remove photos. To add photos to the featured room, click the check box in the upper-right corner of the photo(s) you wish to add. To remove photos from the featured room, uncheck the box in the upper right corner of the photo(s) you wish to remove. 
    5. Choose save in the bottom right corner to keep the changes.

    Update 3D tour image

    1. In the featured rooms section of the editor, click “Edit photos” below the room you wish to edit.

    2. Click ”Edit photos” below the room you want to edit the 3D tour image for.
    3. Select the 3D Tour Image tab at the top left of the menu.
    4. Click the blue radio button on the upper right corner of the image you’d want to feature.

    5. Choose save in the bottom right corner to keep the changes.
