Buying additional Showcase credits

Incremental credits are additional credits that you can buy independently, separate from your monthly subscription credits. They are often used to showcase extra listings beyond what is included in the standard monthly allocation.

Select a video type in the sidebar.

  1. Click  Add listing.  After logging into app.showingtimeplus.com, on the home screen click the Add listing button in the upper right corner of your Workspace dashboard. 
  2. Fill out the listing details. Add the property address, seller name (optional), and listing agent details.  When the details are complete, click the Add listing button.
  3. Order Showcase from the overview tab. Click the Order Showcase & media button from the listing overview tab view.

  4. Select a listing price.  Click the drop down menu and select a listing price.  This step is required before you can select a Showcase payment method.  Note, the listing price will not impact the cost of your Showcase listing
  5. Use your own payment method.  To buy an incremental Showcase credit, select “use your own payment method” from the options.  
  6. Add your payment details. Enter your credit card and billing information for the incremental credit purchase.
    Note: To order Showcase for a listing, your Workspace Admin must update your billing permissions to allow access to personal payment methods.  If your billing permissions need updating, please contact your team lead or workspace admin to setup permissions for payments. Once permissions are updated, agents can select your payment method and proceed to purchase the credits for their listings. Credit card details will not be stored for future payments.

  7. Review the order summary and submit payment.  When ready, click the Submit Payment button to verify your payment details.
