Listing agents now have improved transparency into the performance of their Showcase listings that they can easily share with their sellers with the new Performance tab. The new Performance tab will also include comparisons to similar non-Showcase listings and a downloadable report to make it easy to share the data and provide that invaluable transparency your sellers crave.
Note: Showcase listing performance is compared with similar For Sale By Agent listings on Zillow that don’t use Showcase. This includes nearby homes with similar property type, price range and other search criteria.
- Click on a listing. Open the listing where your media has been delivered.
- Click “Showcase & Media.” Click “Showcase & Media” from the Overview page.
- Click “Performance” on the left.
- View the listing’s performance.
Here, you can see how your Showcase listing is performing compared to similar listings.
Note: You can use the Share Report button to download the report as a PDF you can share with your sellers.
Listing overview will include:
- Days on Zillow - The number of days a property has been listed for sale, up until it goes pending.
- Total page views - The total number of times your Showcase listing has been viewed since it went live, including repeat page views by the same unique user. It also shows the trend compared to similar listings.
- Total saves - The number of times users have saved your listing. The dashboard also displays a comparison to saves of similar non-Showcase listings.
- Total shares - The total number of times users have shared your listing. The dashboard also displays a comparison to similar non-Showcase listings.
Insights will include:
- Buyers viewing your listing - This graph displays the total number of page views since your Showcase listing went live on Zillow and compares it to the average number of page views on similar non-Showcase listings. This allows you to track the level of interest in the home over the life of the listing.
- Note: A green break indicates the period of time during which a listing was removed from the market.

- Buyers engaging with your listing - This graph shows how your listing activity, including page views, saves, and shares, compares to the average performance of similar listings. These metrics can be used to highlight the effectiveness of your Showcase listing in future listing presentations and other marketing.
- Email engagement - The number of emails delivered shows how many potential buyers or sellers have received information about the listing. The number of emails opened reflects the total number of recipients who opened your email.

- Views by state/city - These charts break down buyer activity by location to help you understand local demand.
