Follow these steps for Showcase media requests

To fulfill a Showcase media request from an agent, you will need to view and accept the Showcase media request inside your Aryeo account. For more information about Showcase, Click Here. For non-Showcase media requests, Click Here.
Step 1: Receive Notification Email
You will receive an email notification when you have received a new Showcase media request from an agent. The email will provide you with the next steps to take, including signing in to your Aryeo account. First-time users will be prompted to create a new Aryeo Lite account. Step 2: Sign in to your Aryeo account
Sign in to your Aryeo account to view Showcase media requests that you receive from agents.
Step 3: View Showcase Media Requests
Inside your Aryeo account, click on ‘Media Requests’ along the left-hand side menu under the ‘General’ section. On this page, you can view pending media requests that you’ve received from agents.
In some cases, you may see a message at the top of your media request page notifying you that you’ve received a media request that needs to be assigned to a company. If you see this message, you will need to click ‘Manage Request’ to assign the media request to the appropriate photography company.
Step 4: Accept or Decline each Media Request
To accept or decline a pending media request, click on ‘Manage’ to view the details of the request.
When a request is received, Aryeo attempts to match it with existing listings or orders based on both the customer's name and the property's addresses. A matching listing requires that both the customer and listing address align. If a match is found, the suggested listing will be displayed. If the listing already includes the required media types for Showcase listings, green checkmarks will indicate that they have been uploaded. Before accepting the request, please confirm that you have accepted the Media License Terms. Finally, click ‘Accept’ to link the request and deliver the listing’s media to the agent.
If a listing does not exist, Aryeo will search for matching orders instead. If a qualifying order is found, you can accept the request, and Aryeo will create a new listing from the order and attach the required media.
If the media request is intended for a Showcase listing, and your chosen listing does not have the required media (listing photos and a Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plan), you’ll see this indicated with red ‘x’’s displayed next to each media type.
To accept the media request, confirm that you have accepted the media license by clicking the corresponding checkbox. Finally, click the ‘Accept’ button to deliver the media to the agent.
Note: If the matched listing is incorrect, or if you prefer to connect the media request to a different listing. You can search for another address to link the media request to or create a new listing for the media request.
When searching for a new order, you will be able to enter the address in the ‘find existing listing for this request’ search box. Once you locate the listing you would like to attach the media request to, click ‘accept’ to complete the process.
On the Manage Media Requests screen, you can click ‘Decline’ to decline the media request. You will have the option to write a comment for the agent explaining why you are declining the Showcase media request. The agent will be notified via email of your decision and will be prompted to re-order media from their Showcase account.
Note: Once a media request has been accepted, photographers will need to be sure they upload the required media to Aryeo.
